1. Service description

Collabai is a hiring intelligence platform that uses artificial intelligence to evaluate candidates through CV analysis, conversational voice interviews, multidimensional scoring, and reports for recruiting teams.

The Platform is in beta. Some features may change, be limited, or discontinued without prior notice.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You may register as an individual (candidate/professional) or as a company (recruiting team). You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3. Candidate use

By applying or using evaluation features, you authorize processing of your CV, contact details and, where applicable, voice interview recordings to assess your candidacy.

Collabai does not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes. Final decisions belong to hiring organizations, with human review of AI-generated materials where applicable.

• Do not use false identities or impersonate others.
• Do not manipulate or attempt to bypass automated evaluation systems.
• Do not upload illegal, defamatory, or third-party infringing content.

4. Company and recruiter use

If you register a company account, you represent that you have a lawful basis to process candidate data and to inform candidates that AI tools will be used in the process.

You are responsible for complying with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and data protection laws in each jurisdiction where you operate.

• Use the Platform only for legitimate recruitment and hiring purposes.
• Do not use automated evaluations to discriminate based on protected characteristics.
• Humanly review AI results before binding hiring decisions when required by law.

5. Artificial intelligence

The Platform uses third-party AI models to extract CV information, conduct adaptive interviews, and generate evaluations. These systems assist the process; they do not replace human judgment in final hiring decisions.

We do not use AI to infer sensitive or protected attributes (race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, age, or similar) for evaluation purposes.

You may request human review of AI-generated evaluations by contacting privacy@collabai.com.

6. Intellectual property

Collabai and its licensors retain all rights to the Platform, software, trademarks, and proprietary content. You acquire no ownership rights through use of the service.

You retain ownership of content you upload (CV, responses, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" in beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collabai is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or hiring decisions made by third parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or are used abusively.

You may close your account at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) remain in effect.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
